Gospel Power - frameable print

mara bochart design

The apostle Paul declared, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” Romans 1:16 NASB

Story behind the design: The stained glass background of “Gospel Power” is from a photo I took inside the Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, Israel. Galli-cantu means “at the rooster’s crow” in Latin. This church commemorates Peter’s triple denial of Jesus (followed by a rooster crowing), his immediate repentance and his reconciliation with Christ after the Resurrection. The apostle Peter preached (Acts 2:41) and “those who had received his word were baptized; and that day there were added about three thousand souls.”
